About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Pinchy Prints Gifts (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders & personalisation
All products are made to order. Please double-check names, dates and messages before ordering — we print exactly what you provide. We may decline orders containing offensive or infringing content.
Prices & payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
UK delivery is £2.49, free on orders over £30. Made-to-order items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Cancellations & returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an order for non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items are exempt from the right to cancel unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded — contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
