How long does UK delivery take?
Everything is handmade to order and dispatched as quickly as possible — most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days. Delivery is a flat £2.49, and free on all orders over £30.
Can I personalise my gift?
Absolutely — personalisation is what we do best. Add a name, a special date, a message or your own photo on the product page and we’ll make it up just for you.
How quickly will my order be made?
As every item is made to order, please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. You’ll get an email as soon as it’s on its way.
Do you offer returns?
You can return unused, non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. As personalised items are made just for you they can’t be returned unless faulty — but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right straight away.
Can you make something custom for me?
Yes! If you have an idea that isn’t in the shop, send us a message — custom requests are always welcome and honestly, they’re our favourite kind of order.
Are the mugs and tumblers dishwasher safe?
To keep your personalisation looking its best we recommend gentle hand washing. Treated kindly, your design will stay beautiful for years.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through a secure, encrypted checkout — with more payment options coming soon.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not just yet — we currently deliver within the UK only. Keep an eye on our socials, as international delivery is something we’d love to offer in the future.
