What we collect and why
- Order details (name, address, email, phone, items and personalisation text/photos) — to make and deliver your order. Legal basis: contract.
- Payment — handled by our payment providers; we never see your full card number.
- Enquiries — messages you send via the contact form, to reply to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Newsletter — your email, only with your consent; unsubscribe any time.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Personalisation photos are deleted once your order is complete. Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with delivery companies, our payment providers and our website hosts. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email us and we will help.
